SUNY Binghamton East Campus Dormitories and Collegiate Center
Temporary Heating Technologies partnered with their largest customer LeChase Construction Services to provide temporary heat for the new Dormitories and Collegiate Center at SUNY Binghamton in Binghamton, NY. The project consisted of three dormitory buildings and collegiate center. The project was valued at $120,000,000.00 and was 450,000 square feet in area to be occupied. The project was a complete success and proceeded on time through the winter.
Arthur Zankel Music Center
Temporary Heating Technologies worked on the Arthur Zankel Music Center at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. Hired by EW Tompkins out of Albany, NY this LEED Gold project had a value of $40 million.
Massry Center
Temporary Heating Technologies was hired to provide temporary heat by Sano-Rubin General Contractors for the Massry Center project estimated to be $35 million. This was a LEED Gold Certified project in Albany, NY.
Global Foundries
Temporary Heating Technologies was hired to work on what was probably the largest construction project in North America in the winter of 2010 with and estimated cost of $4.3 billion and consisted of 1.3 million sq.ft. We worked along with Jersen Industries to temporary heat so they could pour concrete. We also provided and installed all of the Eagle Scaflite enclosure material as well.
Golub/Price Chopper Corporation
The new Corporate Headquarters for the Golub/Price Chopper Corporation in Schenectady, NY.
This 240,000 sq. ft., 6 story project was valued at $35 million.
Orange County Choppers in Newburgh, NY
Our unit was used during the basement fireproofing project.
Woodland Ponds Project in New Paltz, NY
We installed 23 Indirect Fired Heaters, we provided(24) 400,000 btu/hr Indirect Fired heaters for this $80 Million project for Pike Construction out of Rochester, New York.
Metro North Train Station
We installed three 6M btu/hr Direct Fired/Makeup Air Heaters for this $300 million project by SKANSKA which took place at Metro North Train Station addition on Croton in Hudson, New York. The 6M btu/hr heaters were so big and powerful that a diffuser needed to be built in order to deflect the heated air otherwise it was simply too hot and too windy.
